Space - The Final Frontier

Yesterday, as I watched SpaceX launch the "Falcon Heavy" rocket, (the largest in the world) with a Tesla and dummy "Spaceman" aboard streaming live. I marveled at how far we have come in space travel.

In April 1969, my family and I visited Kennedy Space Center.

Behind us in these pictures is Apollo 10 ready to take off in a month. It was unmanned and was to orbit the moon.

This launch pad is the same one in which Falcon Heavy launched yesterday on its way to Mars and then to orbit the sun.

To me there is only one word to explain what has come about since the time I visited Kennedy Space Center... amazing!!!

The heavens are telling of the glory of God; And their expanse is declaring the work of His hands. ~Psalm 19:1
